I had the best Monday. For real.
It started with a mini road trip with my man down to Birmingham, Alabama to the Meredith Publishing Test Kitchen! I was invited to film a live cooking segment for Cooking Light!
It was so much fun and incredibly inspiring. I had the honor of meeting and cooking with the managing editor, Ann who was a delight! So kind and welcoming.
