Cooking Classes have been announced and I am SO excited about these!

Let’s chat about the first class, June 14th! ⠀⠀

I will teach you a few of my signature recipes as well as share with you my tips and tricks to hosting a dinner party with ease.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We will prepare a 3-course dinner together, then sit down and dine after the hard work is done. Once the evening is finished you will leave with each recipe in hand, ready to invite your friends over to enjoy at your own dinner party.

The next class let’s master the art of Sourdough! - June 30th

There is so much pride and satisfaction in making your own bread, especially sourdough.

With simply flour, water, salt, and time, you will learn and discover the beauty of sourdough.

We’ll go through the entire process of making artisan style sourdough from start to finish.

You will take home 1/2 fresh loaf from the class + 1 loaf to bake the next day, along with your own “Sourdough Starter Kit” that has all the basic tools needed.

There will be snacks and wine provided while the bread bakes, giving us an opportunity to linger and discuss further questions.

This will be such a fun Sunday afternoon.

Finally, we will end with an Authentic Italian Dinner - July 13

Join me in the kitchen for an authentic Italian cooking class - the perfect date night or girls night out!

This class with focus on authentic recipes I learned while in Italy last fall.
